Dangote Cement Plc has announced the launch of its 2025 Management Trainee Programme, an 18-month intensive career development initiative aimed at grooming exceptional professionals for leadership roles within the organisation.

The programme blends classroom learning, executive mentorship, and hands-on experience to build future industry leaders capable of driving innovation and operational excellence across the company’s value chain.

According to the company, participants will undergo a one-month classroom immersion in business strategy, economic analysis, cement industry fundamentals, and leadership. They will also take part in structured rotations across Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions, as well as field assignments at major plants and depots.

Interested candidates must be between 28 and 35 years old, have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and possess five to ten years of relevant work experience. A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required for all applicants.

The programme offers benefits such as professional training and development, a pension plan, private health insurance, and paid time off.
